At JAM Sports League, we understand that life happens. While we strive to be flexible, we also have to plan for facility rentals, staff, uniforms, and scheduling. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering.
General Policy
All registrations are non-refundable unless the event or league is canceled by JAM Sports League. Once registration is complete and payment is submitted, your spot is reserved and confirmed.
Cancellations by JAM Sports League
If a program, league, or event is canceled by us due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued to all registered participants.
Participant Cancellations
If you choose to withdraw for personal reasons after registering:

Before the league starts: No refund, but credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

After the league starts: No refund or credit will be given.
Missed Games
We do not offer refunds, credits, or make-up games for missed practices or matches due to:

Schedule conflicts

Illness or injury

No-shows

Weather-related cancellations
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience a medical emergency or major life event, please contact us at jamsportsleague@gmail.com with documentation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, email us at jamsportsleague@gmail.com or call/text 714.862.6798. Include:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Payment Processing Fees
Please note that any approved refunds may be subject to a small processing fee to cover transaction costs.
