Welcome to JAM Sports League! By accessing or using our website (jamsportsleague.com), registering for a league, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using this website or registering for any JAM Sports League activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Participants must meet the age requirements for their league division. Minors under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. JAM Sports League reserves the right to request proof of age or identity.

All registrations must be completed through our official form. Payment is required to confirm your spot in any league or event. Registration is non-transferable.

• Refunds are only issued if an event is canceled by JAM Sports League.

• We do not issue refunds for no-shows or voluntary withdrawals after the season begins.

All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to maintain good sportsmanship, respect others, and follow league rules. JAM Sports League has the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

By registering, you acknowledge the risks involved in physical activity and agree not to hold JAM Sports League, its staff, or partners liable for any injuries or damages incurred during events or use of our facilities.

You also agree that:

• You are physically fit to participate.

• You release JAM Sports League from any liability related to personal injury or property damage.

By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, including use on social media, our website, and marketing materials.

All logos, graphics, content, and designs on this website are the property of JAM Sports League and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

JAM Sports League reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or participation in our leagues after changes are made implies acceptance of the updated terms.
